Google Using India's Children As Free Marketing Help?

Google is offering students in India a free “Certificate of Implementation” if they can get their schools to adopt Google Apps by Dec. 15 according to ValleyWag.com. In a nation where a few bucks can go a long way to improving school conditions, the “do no evil” empire, awash in greenbacks, is rewarding the free marketing efforts with a hearty pat on the back, an all expenses paid trip to a local Google office, and a thank you for expanding their user base.  After all, a trip to Google is far more interesting than some new books and school supplies.
