Facebook To Let Employees Sell Stock At Internal $4 Billion Valuation?

Facebook has placed an internal valuation of $4 Billion on the company and plans to let employees sell up to 20% of their fully-vested options at that valuation.  Without an IPO on the horizon for the social networking company, VentureBeat’s Eric Eldon believes that the move gives employees a little reward–but not so much as to create a cash-out exodus of talent.
