Qualcomm Patent Ruled Invalid In German Nokia Case

In the ongoing battle between Qualcomm and cellphone maker Nokia a German court has ruled that Qualcomm’s charge of patent infringement is invalid.  Qualcomm has filed 11 suits worldwide against Nokia for similar infringement concerns and this is the third time that the company charges have been dismissed.
