Industrial Light and Whiskey

Boardwalk Empire is out on DVD, and I have a review over at the PJ Lifestyle blog. While I was away in November, first on the NR Cruise, and then visiting relatives in South Jersey, I found myself getting sucked into the recent HBO series, almost against my will. It seemed to be running in a continuous loop on the channel, which was available everywhere I was staying. And it didn’t hurt that I took plenty of trips to a far more clapped version of Atlantic City when I was kid, not to mention that in November, I was back in my old stomping grounds, an hour and a half away, while I was watching it.
