For the record, Wikipedia reports that John Maynard Keynes was born in Cambridge England in 1883, and while we haven’t seen the actual birth certificate, we’ll take their word for it. And yes, Obama is very much a Keynesian — though not enough of one for Paul Krugman’s rococo and antediluvian tastes.
