Yet Another Modest Proposal

So I wonder — if we were to pitch a new movie, Death of  A President II, exploring what would happen if Obama were assassinated, could we get any interest?

It could be a pretty dramatic movie — the politics of it, as people search for the killer and (as we’ve seen this week) almost certainly blame his political opponents.  Biden having to finally rise to the job. Then the discovery that the killer was, let’s say, an American Muslim convert offended because he believes Obama an apostate Muslim. People coping with yet another assassinated President.

It actually would make a helluva movie.

Hollywood should love it, right?
