We all know now that the woke state of New Jersey had at least 6,600 registered noncitizen voters. But did you know that a foreign company with ties to Communist China is buying out the entity that processed the voter data?
Gov. Mikie Sherrill (D-N.J.) blamed a state software error for the 6,600 noncitizen voters, who are actually only the registered noncitizens who readily admitted they were not citizens. Sherrill blamed IDEMIA, the vendor that processes the voter data, though the company threw the blame back on politicians. “IDEMIA works with the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission, and has for more than 40 years, to support the process through which eligible individuals may indicate their interest in registering to vote when applying for or renewing a driver’s license or state-issued identification card,” the company said in a statement.
It added, “IDEMIA’s role is to transmit information through the motor vehicle system. The voter registration information is transmitted to the New Jersey Department of State, Division of Elections, which is ultimately responsible for verifying eligibility to vote. Information submitted by IDEMIA must still be validated and adjudicated by the Division of Elections.”
But what might make some Americans nervous about IDEMIA’s role is not whether it was primarily responsible for the “error” but the fact that it is part of the voter registration apparatus at all, given a foreign company with a major presence in China is in the process of buying it out.
Donald Trump recently revealed the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) stole the voter data of 200 million+ Americans, and the ownership of IDEMIA can help shed light on this. The CCP even actively interfered in the 2020 election, as part of a fake ballot scheme to help Joe Biden. Trump administration investigation indicated that the CCP has the ability potentially to manipulate election results because of access to voting and tabulator machines.

Amadeus is a Spanish technology company, so it is not U.S.-based. Biometric Update reported some concerning news in July:
Amadeus IT Group has formalized the acquisition of Idemia Public Security and its subsidiaries with a bid of 1.2 billion euros (roughly US$1.4 billion) plus an earn-out worth up to €150 million ($171 million).
The previously-announced acquisition is subject to the standard regulatory approvals, which are expected to be complete in mid-2027.
Amadeus has also invested in and built up a presence in China. The reason this matters so much is that the Company Law of the People’s Republic of China states, in its 2023 iteration, “Article 18 An organization of the Communist Party of China shall, according to the Constitution of the Communist Party of China, be set up in a company to carry out the activities of the Party. The company shall provide necessary conditions to facilitate the activities of the Party organization.” So Amadeus, which will soon own IDEMIA, is required to allow its company to be a tool of the CCP to further its goals. That should worry New Jerseyans.
