Wokies Want Urban Decay: Bass-Backed NGO Sued Police Trying to Clean Skid Row

Leftists want cities to be full of crime and chaos and dystopian decay. That makes the population much easier to control. That is why they get furious when anyone proposes actual solutions to serious problems such as homelessness.

In Los Angeles, Mayor Karen Bass (D) and her fellow city officials have been using taxpayer money to provide drugs and needles to addicts, among other programs designed to perpetuate crime and homelessness. The crisis is on purpose. It’s deliberate redistribution of income and destabilization of society. This is a true Marxist revolution.

In this case, the center of controversy is the Los Angeles Community Action Network (LA CAN), which claims its mission “is to help people dealing with poverty create & discover opportunities, while serving as a vehicle to ensure we have voice, power & opinion in the decisions that are directly affecting us.” California Republican gubernatorial candidate Steve Hilton was asking Starts With One Today founder Victoriah Bech, who helps homeless people and animals, about why L.A. is not more proactive about cleaning up infamous Skid Row.

Bech replied, “Because someone for example, like LA CAN … they sued LAPD [Police Department] when they come and do street cleaning down here,. And they are basically saying that [the homeless people’s] encampments are their property, private property police can't enter. And they sue the police more than any other organization.”

Bech continued, “The same way when we try to remove dogs, they come and they follow us around.” There is a serious problem with abuse of dogs in L.A. homeless encampments. LA CAN, she explained, is “working very closely also with Bass’s office.” Hilton asked, “So Bass's office effectively is suing the police?” She answered, “I mean, they definitely know the people that are suing them, let’s just put it that way.”

Hilton later posted online in a follow-up comment, “This is the homeless industrial complex in action!” He added, “Karen Bass and Gavin Newsom’s corrupt machine protects the grifters and keeps the taxpayer money flowing while many Californians live in filth and despair. As governor, I’ll enforce the law, audit these NGOs, end the scam, and actually get people the treatment they need instead of enabling this outrage.”

It is not clear from my research if LA CAN receives any city funding, but it does certainly have dealings with Bass’s office. My point is that neither Bass nor LA CAN truly wants to help the homeless.

The leftist modus operandi is to perpetuate any problem as much as possible, because then you can create an industry out of it. Whether it is homelessness, chronic health conditions, welfare, or a host of other issues, the goal is to keep the wealth distribution and money-laundering going as long as absolutely possible. Just as Goldman Sachs determined a few years ago that it was no longer a sustainable business model to cure patients, Bass and LA CAN have decided it is not beneficial to them financially or politically to clean up the city of Los Angeles. How would politicians and activists siphon off taxpayer money and reward allies without excuses like homeless programs?

So of course LA CAN sued LAPD for trying to clean up Skid Row. Of course Karen Bass pays for addicts’ needles and other drug paraphernalia. They never meant to be the solution to the crisis.
