An American-accented ISIS fighter who apparently lost a leg fighting with the terror group was featured in a new Islamic State video calling on Western supporters, including the disabled, to conduct knife or gun attacks.
The bearded jihadist is referred to by nom de guerre Abu Salih Al-Amriki, or the American, and is shown using crutches and attaching a prosthetic leg. In “Inside the Khilafah” video released by ISIS’ official al-Hayat Media Center in English and Arabic, Abu Salih also calls for would-be terrorists to take advantage of gun availability in the United States.
He begins by telling wounded jihadists with “one leg or no legs” that they have “no excuse” to not strike the kuffar, or disbelievers. “To the brothers with limbs and no limbs, I challenge you to a race toward the gates of Jannah [paradise],” he said.
Abu Salih says the ISIS flag will be raised above the White House — a common threat from the terror group. “Yes, America, you will be overcome from where you least expect it,” he adds.
His message to President Trump: “You entered into the White House on the back of your crusader rhetoric which the fake media has pressured you to tone down. Your fangs and hatred toward Islam has already been revealed, o dog of Rome… your war against Islam has only made your homeland more vulnerable and your society cracking into chaos.”
The message then turns toward jihadists in the West, telling them to “get a knife and slice the throats of the kuffar so that they know that the blood of the Muslims is not cheap.”
“Take advantage of the fact that you can easily obtain a rifle or pistol in America,” Abu Salih adds. “Spray the kuffar with bullets so that their fear of the Muslim rises and that they continue to reveal their hatred toward Islam.”
The video ends with a montage of terror scenes, including Fox News footage of the Oct. 1 Las Vegas massacre that ISIS still claims despite law enforcement saying they’ve found no extremist links. Clips also include the Orlando nightclub attack, the Nice truck attack, the Berlin Christmas market attack, the Brussels airport attack, and the terrorists who carried out the November 2015 Paris attack. They also included a short clip of the Charlie Hebdo attack, which was an al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula crime.
Nearly a month ago, ISIS vowed to behead “pharaoh” President Trump in a new feature-length video claiming that the current “new phase” of jihad is “purification for the believers, destruction for the disbelievers.”
Al-Hayat released “Flames of War II: Until the Final Hour,” a sequel to the September 2014 ISIS movie “Flames of War,” narrated by an American-accented jihadist (not the same one as in the new “Inside the Khilafah” video) who has voiced other ISIS productions.
That ISIS film used footage of Trump saying at a campaign rally in November 2015 that he would “bomb the shit” out of ISIS and interspersed Trump clips with bloody video clips purportedly from residential areas hit by U.S. airstrikes.
“They equated their safety with the destruction of Islam and its people,” the narrator said, adding “they failed.” The video then showed Trump using the words “radical Islamic terrorism” in his address to Congress.
That video also used footage from the Vegas shooting, but the terror group has yet to supply evidence to support their continued claim that Vegas gunman Stephen Paddock was their own Abu Abdul Bar al-Amriki.
ISIS claimed that now “the jihad enters a new phase: purification for the believers, destruction for the disbelievers,” and wrote off defeats as “purifying the camp of the believers with a real shake and removing the mask of the pretenders, the blamers and the abandoners.”
