Tommy Thompson: Man With a Plan

In an exclusive video interview, Republican presidential candidate Tommy Thompson tells PJM Editor Richard Miniter why he’ll be “shocked” if he doesn’t win next month’s Iowa straw poll. On Iraq, Thompson says oil revenues should be split so that “every man, woman, and child” can get a check.
