How Is Perjurious Fauci Goon Dr. Peter Morens Still Free?

Kevin Downey Jr. reported for PJ Media on this subject several days ago, but I’d just like to follow up with a rhetorical question: how is Peter Morens not in jail awaiting trial at this very moment, given that he appears to have brazenly and with forethought violated multiple federal laws?

Via House Committee on Oversight:

Today, the Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic released a staff memorandum titled “Allegations of Wrongdoing and Illegal Activity by Dr. David Morens, Senior Advisor to National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases former-Director, Dr. Anthony Fauci.” This memo presents overwhelming evidence from Dr. Morens’s own email that he engaged in serious misconduct and potentially illegal actions while serving as a Senior Advisor to Dr. Fauci during the COVID-19 pandemic. The memo includes previously unreleased email correspondence, obtained by subpoena, that incriminates Dr. Morens in undermining the operations of the U.S. government, unlawfully deleting federal COVID-19 records, using a personal email to avoid the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), and repeatedly acting unbecoming of a federal employee. Further, the memo reveals new emails suggesting Dr. Fauci was aware of Dr. Morens’s nefarious behavior and may have even engaged in federal records violations himself.

It came out in testimony and in the recovered emails that Morens attempted to delete all of his emails from his official government account related to Anthony Fauci, EcoHealth Alliance head Peter Daszak, and COVID-19 origins. He later, which was also in the emails, explained that he had realized that the emails he had tried to memory-hole forever were permanently captured — hence the treasure trove of corruption and malfeasance we are now treated to.

I don’t recall a Congressional witness ever incriminating himself to the extent that Morens did as he sat cross-armed under brutal examination by — and this is the shocking part — members of both parties.

Morens himself conceded that his emails exposing his attempts to skirt public records laws in the concealment of a much larger likely conspiracy — the creation of COVID-19 facilitated by NIAID and Peter Daszak’s Ecohealth Alliance — were incriminating under questioning by Rep. Jill Tokuda (again, remarkably, a Democrat).

Here Morens is claiming he “doesn’t even know what the Ethics office does” in the context of why he never reported any of the thorny ethical dilemmas he acknowledged in the emails to it.

He also, it was revealed, demanded a “kickback” from Daszak after his “nonprofit” EcoHealth procured a $7.5 million grant from NIH, which Morens tried and failed to explain away as “black humor.”

All of this is so amazing to behold because Morens was presumably well-coached by lawyers beforehand about how to conduct himself and what narrative to run with to prevent incriminating himself, which he either didn’t understand or abandoned once he was placed under oath.

I hope to God that someone behind the scenes at the Department of Justice is at work at the moment threatening Morens with prosecution if he doesn’t turn state witness against Fauci and Daszak. In the grand scheme of things, he’s a relatively minor player as a glorified personal secretary; the Fauci fish and all of his comrades are the real prize, and Morens likely knows where all of the bodies are buried. Indeed, his knowledge of Public Health™ criminality extends likely far beyond what we can even imagine at the moment.
