Biography
Philip Mulivor is the author of the Amazon best-selling book, "Proclaiming Liberty: What Patriots Really Said about the Right to Keep and Bear Arms." He served as spokesman for Ohioans for Concealed Carry, the non-profit organization representing Ohio's 600,000 concealed-handgun licensees. A former newspaper reporter and radio news commentator, he was elected in 1992 to the National Press Club of Washington, D.C., the nation's foremost association of print and broadcast journalists.
