Biography
Michael Brickman is education policy director and senior fellow at Cicero Institute. Previously, Michael was a senior advisor at the U.S. Department of Education, where he promoted opportunity for all Americans by leading several major regulatory reforms, and national policy director of the Thomas B. Fordham Institute, where he focused on empowering parents and promoting high academic standards.
Matthew Nolan is the policy manager at Cicero Institute. He is a combat veteran of the Marines, published poet, and graduate of Dartmouth College.
