Two more Democrats, one from New Jersey and one from California, have announced they won’t seek reelection.
These look like safe D districts, unlikely at best to be picked up by the GOP. But it’s starting to look like the 2015 Democrat caucus might have the highest percentage of freshmen of any minority caucus in history.
