Obama is a “tepid regulator” in the sense that not all of his campaign promises have been fulfilled. (Has the rise of the oceans slowed yet? Has the planet begun to heal yet? Has he finished his waffle yet? Okay, one out of three isn’t bad.)
And yet they re-elected him, no doubt to give him another chance because he’s a nice guy and he tries so hard. Well, I guess this makes sense… to someone ignorant enough of civics to call the President a “regulator”. (What regulations is the President responsible for enacting, exactly?)
