Tell Me About the Teabaggers, George

If it’s Monday, it must be time to kneecap the Sunday morning chat shows. And even though I spent the weekend in Vegas and lost most of my voice, I spent today doing just that. On this week’s Hair of the Dog:
Terry McAuliffe throws up his hands at Obama’s antics.
Juan Williams drinks the Fox Kool-Aid.
This is your Cadillac and this is your Cadillac on taxes.
Plus, ABC News can’t get enough of insulting concerned Americans. But you knew that already.

Yeah, I noticed that George used that term so easily in such a professional position. It’s the nightly news George!
It’s quite telling how the left likes to soil conservatives by using what they perceive is the ultimate insult – using porn or other categories of filth to shock them. And feigning innocence while doing so.
Letterman loves to be dirty about Sarah Palin and family. Sleeps with his own employees while married. It’s comedy.
Jeaneane Garafalo uses homoerotic terms. Air America. It’s comedy.
Even on Wikipedia there was an entry about a Woody Allen movie where he placed a bunch of copies of the National Review magazine in the midst of a bunch of pornographic magazines. Seduced his longtime partner’s teen daughter. It’s comedy.
They love to use dirty talk and other seamy and unseemly tactics to hurt what they perceive as the harridans of morality in our culture. It is how they seek to wound and destroy. Sully the squeaky clean with filth. And all the while they are mired in it. It’s comedy!
When they do these things, I think they know they can go on and pretend it is nothing. After all, tea does come in bags. I get it. Hide behind feigned innocence. Or like Anita Dunn said, it was a joke. Or Rick Sanchez – my bad. Or Chris Matthews – I was referring to Mr. Big’s scenes. Whatever. They know what they are doing and we see through it. We aren’t psychic, but we aren’t fools either.
So yeah, I noticed how family man, from good Greek stock, stand up network newsman George Stephanopolous just threw out ‘teabagger’ to identify some American citizens. Classy George.
