So much for preemptive war — a goddamn tragic necessity in the age of terror.
John Kerry isn’t serious about this war. Iraq was a battle, not the war. He won’t initiate any other battles; he’ll only respond. He just said so.
Nobody who is serious about protecting the US today can vote for this guy.
No, imminent ot him is after the buildings are smoking.
“We will provide funding for the war”
So he just glosses over that No vote for the $87B?
this is all pretty funny to me, but this would make me pretty damn angry if I were a democrat. Whats with all this flag waving jingoistic hate filled talk of war?
He’s not talking peace, hes trying to out war George Bush! ( to which I say, welcome to the side of the angels brother)
Unfortuately for us, about 40 percent of the nation isn’t serious about protecting the U.S.
So, if Iran goes nuclear, and France and Russia refuse to authorize an attack under the U.N., Kerry will do . . . nothing?

Good point about Iraq. It’s a campaugn, not a war. War’s are made up of several campaigns and battles. Afganistan and Iraq are but the first two.

When the Left compares Iraq or the WOT to Viet Nam, they are correct in one sense. Once again the Left does not want to fight.
For the Left, the time for fighting is over. We’ve hit the bad guys hard in couple of places. Time to declare victory and focus our attentions on our favorite war…. the class war.
I’m sure the Iranian mullahs were relieved by Sen. Kerry’s speech.
