See Ya

Geek-boy here got his copy of KOTOR today.
The weekend just started early.
UPDATE: I’ve been playing, and it is good. But now it’s time to shower, shave, and throw on the tux for the opera. No, I’m not kidding. Xbox, opera, it’s all good.

I don’t have a Xbox so I’ll have to wait a couple of months for the PC version.
Btw, are you going to get Peter Molyneux’s Fable? (Formerly called Project Ego)
Geek on, my brother. I’ll have to check it out next time I’m in town.
Grumble, grumble…
How many months for the PC version?
It says here “Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic is due out in Spring 2003 for Xbox and Fall 2003 for PC”.

Can’t wait for the review;)
Electronics Boutique has a ship date of November 18 for the PC version. Ouch.
Lookin’ forward to both Fable and KOtR, it’ll be a couple of weeks until I can get into town for KOTR, and … well, I doubt we’ll see Fable until late next year. Molyneaux doesn’t like setting release dates until the projects are actually close to release. Less pressure to cut corners and distribute crap.

Never been much of an Opera guy myself, although I do enjoy a decent symphony or even a ballet on occasion. Beyond all of those, give me a good play any day.
If you are looking for a good mix of video game and opera, try playing Final Fantasy X for Playstation 2. Excellent game, if I may say so myself. Beware: it’s at least as nerdy as KOTOR.
Which opera?
It’s nice to see some good coming out of the whole Star Wars Collective (to mix universes). I finally saw Attack of the Clones on HBO the other night for the first time. What a horrible, horrible movie.
I am not of your Gamer World, but I hope you thoroughly enjoy…..
