San Francisco Magazine has published highlights of the indictment against Democrat California Sen. Leland Yee. Yee is currently running for California secretary of state, a post from which it now appears that he intended to wage strategic guerrilla warfare until he went off the grid to fight for Islamic rebels himself.

Yee told an FBI agent to give him a shopping list of guns: “Senator Yee asked [the agent] to provide an inventory list of desired weapons [...] [The agent] told Yee he would deliver $2,000,000 cash.”

Yee could arrange from some serious firepower: “[The agent] asked about shoulder fired automatic weapons. Senator Yee responded by saying the automatic weapons are the equivalent to the ‘M16′ Automatic Service Weapon [...] [The agent] asked about the availability of shoulder fire missiles or rockets. Senator Yee responded ‘I told him about the rockets and things like that.’”

Yee took personal responsibility for delivering the weapons:  ”Senator Yee said, ‘We’re interested’ in arranging the weapons deal’ [...] and said of the arms dealer, ‘He’s going to rely on me, because ultimately it’s going to be me.’ [The agent] stated he would compensate Yee for brokering the relationship and arms deal.”

Yee was in it for the cash: “Senator Yee said, ‘Do I think we can make some money? I think we can make some money. Do I think we can get the good? I think we can get the goods.’”

Yee masterminded a complex scheme to import illegal weapons: “Keith Jackson [a political consultant who worked as Yee's fundraiser] told [an agent] that Senator Yee had a contact who deals in arms trafficking. This purported arms dealer was later identified. Jackson requested [a campaign donation] on behalf of Senator Yee, for Senator Yee to facilitate a meeting with arms dealer with the intent of [the agent] to purportedly purchase a large number of weapons to be imported through the Port of Newark, New Jersey. During a meeting [...] Senator Yee discussed certain details of the specific types of weapons [the agent] was interested in buying and importing.”

Yee had connection with Filipino rebel groups: ”Keith Jackson advised that Senator Yee had an unidentified Filipino associate who was supplying ‘heavy’ weapons to rebel groups in the Philippines.”

Just ponder that one for a few seconds. Yee has tried to disarm Americans. Behind the scenes he claims that he is arming rebel groups in the Philippines. Which rebel groups? You’ll see on the next page.

I think it goes back to that old Chinese proverb -- "If guns are outlawed, only Leland Yee will have guns"

It appears to be true, that the democratic party is nothing but a criminal organization masquerading as a political party.

Extraordinary? An anti-American Democrat? What's extraordinary about that?

Or do you mean that he got caught and it looks like he's actually going to be prosecuted? If so, I agree, THAT is extraordinary.

Strange, I haven't seen this reported in the local rag, the Wash. Compost. Maybe it was buried on the obituary page.

So Yee was all for gun control, but was running guns for criminals. I guess he took seriously the old adage, if it's criminal to have a gun, only criminals will have guns.

These allegations may actually meet the very strict definition of "treason" in the Constitution. Since 9/11 we've been working closely with Philippine forces in actions against the MILF and other like-minded groups. I fail to see how they wouldn't be considered "enemy" and why attempts to arm them, even at financial gain, wouldn't be considered "aid and comfort."

There's another bit of treason revealed in the indictment, but it's against the Filipino government. On pages 96 and 101 is information about Wilson Lim, one of Yee's contacts. According to Yee, Lim's MILF associates are trying to overthrow the government, yet some in the government are helping MILF further the rebellion in order to distract the people from the corruption in the government.

If ya'll haven't already, read the indictment. Things get very interesting around page 71. Right now I'm on page 100, and I've noticed something very interesting: Yee said at least twice that he planned to stay in this corrupt enterprise after he was elected secretary of state.

From page 97: "I can be of help to you for 10 months or eight years. I think eight years is a lot beter than 10 months."

Duh. Now I get it.

It doesn't look like it. MILF was financed by Gadafi. But, now that he's dead, they need another source of money. One go-between, Wilson Lim, apparently has friends in MILF who are trying to overthrow the government but need more money.

On page 98, the undercover agent said that the guns would go to North Afrca. Yee said that Africa is an "untapped market for trade" and that he would help the agent ship weapons.

Yee doesn't come across as any kind of neophyte. To the contrary, he sounds as steeped in gun-running as my cuppa' Irish Breakfast tea this morning.

The real revelation here is that Putin is working with terrorists to hurt the U.S.A. Putin is now officially "A legend in his own mind" and he sees no obstacles in his quest towards world domination - he's officially a madman.

Putin is estimated to be worth between 40 and 70 Billion dollars. He is a legend in a lot of minds. To accumulate that much money starting from pretty much nothing is legendary, in the same way Bill Gates is legendary.

Belittling him wrongly only serves to make people underestimate his ability. We have enough of that from the White House.

I don't see how this makes him a madman. I'm pretty sure that King Barry the Drone Master has assassinated more political enemies than Putin. Putin took advantage of an unstable political situation next door to reclaim some lost real estate, full of people who voted to rejoin Russia. Even the soldiers on the bases are saying they feel "betrayed" by the takeovers, as they were only staying put to follow orders and were about to surrender to their Russian friends anyway.

Hardly an official madman so far. Certainly worrisome...

An indictment is a great start! Next indictments should be other Democrat crooks such as Dianne Feinstein & her crooked husband!

Is there any truth to the rumor (I'm spreading) that Yee was born in Hawaii and raised in Indonesia?

Running guns is one thing, but they don't work too well without ammo. Where are all the end users getting their ammo? It seems like the feds have been trying to absorb the full domestic ammo production capacity lately. How do we know that all of this ammo has been delivered to the feds? How much ammo have the feds expended in training or other authorized use? How much is sitting in some warehouse somewhere? Is someone losing (diverting) some of this ammo out of the federal supply chain somewhere? If it winds up overseas, how could you tell?
