Obama adviser David Axelrod was among the political people who argued that Obamacare must be sold as the president sold it — “If you like your healthcare, you can keep your healthcare. Period.”
He and the president knew all along that that promise was phony. It was a huge lie.
So take today’s tweet from Axelrod in that light.
Wonder how many Insurance cos that sold junk policies after ACA was signed told customers at purchase that they'd have to eventually switch?

Twitter justice has move swiftly to call Axelrod out.
Oh man, David. You're panicking, huh? https://t.co/K8kmGEDeBF @davidaxelrod

@davidaxelrod Not a lot of people out there thanking Obama for getting rid of their junk policy.

@davidaxelrod Your desperation would be hilarious if not for the millions of people's pain you personally helped architect.

.@davidaxelrod You know what I bet they didn't say? "YOU CAN KEEP IT. PERIOD."

Worth bringing up again: The policies being canceled are victims of Obamacare regulations written after the law was passed. President Obama could reverse them with a phone call to the regulators who wrote those regulations. He isn’t, but he could.
Hey @davidaxelrod, "We didn't cancel that. Somebody else, made that happen."
