Drudge headlines this one: Kansas Obamacare “navigator” has a criminal record and an outstanding arrest warrant against her according to the Daily Caller.

Rosilyn Wells — the Director of Outreach and Enrollment for the Heartland Community Health-care Center (HCHC) – is “the only full-time Affordable Care Act navigator in Lawrence,” according to the Lawrence Journal-World.

Wells was certified as an Obamacare navigator despite her financial history, which includes a bankruptcy in 2003, a 2007 civil charge from a local check cashing business called Midwest Checkrite for writing a bad check, being more than $1700 behind on her state tax bill, and having an outstanding arrest warrant in nearby Shawnee County. Wells lives and works in Douglass County.

Government bureaucrats have been paying out billions in tax credits to illegal aliens, according to the Washington Times.

The federal government’s decision to pay out billions of dollars in tax credits to illegal immigrants likely was made by midlevel bureaucrats and has never received full congressional scrutiny, according to a study that the Center for Immigration Studies is releasing Monday.

The report, written by CIS fellow David North, says the Internal Revenue Service doled out $4.2 billion in what is known as the “additional child tax credit” in 2010 to those using an individual taxpayer identification number, or ITIN, which is usually a signal of an illegal immigrant.

The IRS doesn’t even check, because it claims the law doesn’t allow it to.

Investigators identified one address in Atlanta where 23,994 ITIN-related tax refunds were sent — including 8,393 refunds deposited to a single bank account. Mr. North said those were pretty good indications of fraud.

He said the IRS should also look for cases where an ITIN filer goes from claiming no dependents to claiming four or five dependents the next year.

Most definitely both...the republicans have an entire arsenal of weapons to deploy against this domestic enemy masquerading as a sitting president, but they simply refuse to use them....why? Because the entrenched 'leadership' has their 'collective' hands in too many cookie jars; they have been bought and paid for by corrupt corporation lobbyists - do their bidding or be exposed and lose everything. One helluva mess....will we survive as a free nation, or a new police state?

The IRS hasn't got time to check on claims for refundable credits. They're much too busy keeping nasty right-wing gangs from getting tax-exempt status and preparing to get all those bad people who don't sign up for Obamacare. Besides, if someone asks for a credit, they probably need it, or even all 9000 or 23000 of them.

Actually, Obamacare may be a blessing in the long run. I have told supporters of Obama & Obamacare that the government will not run this effectively or efficiently. Now I have proof and I will hammer this home every chance that I get.

Having National Park Nazi's keeping the public away from public places is also a huge benefit to my arguments about government. Only a fool or the GOP would not be able to turn these huge embarrassments into weapon against those in power.
