Who are these seven percent?

Seven percent of Americans report that somebody in their household has tried to sign up for insurance through the health care exchanges, according to an AP-GfK poll.

While that’s a small percentage, it could represent more than 20 million people.

Three-fourths of those who tried to sign up reported problems, though, and that’s reflected in the underwhelming reviews.

Overall, just 7 percent of Americans say the rollout of the health exchanges has gone well. Far more deem it a flop.

Again, I ask, who are these seven percent? Have they never used a functional web site before?

Hawaii, the president’s home state, has been able to sign up ZERO for Zerocare. So they’re taking the site down and starting over.

Blue state Maryland reported just a little over 300 had been able to sign up there.

California had to take its site down.

This thing is a mess. Who are these seven percenters who think it’s going well? Are they all OfA troopers like Chad Henderson?

7%? That's all?

How bizarre. The '08 and '12 elections indicated an idiocy rate of just over 50%.

Does this CHANGE bring any HOPE?

That figure is significant. Seven percent, according to some surveys, is also the number of people who believe that Elvis is alive.
