To be precise, the Democrats have removed “Bank of America” from communications regarding the name of the stadium at which Obama will deliver his Second Greek Column Address in Charlotte, NC. But Bank of America, which is headquartered in North Carolina, paid money that Obama probably thinks it didn’t earn for the rights to have the stadium called “Bank of America Stadium.”
National Democrats have repeatedly touted their stand against taking corporate money for their convention in September, and so it was striking to see two emails from the DNC host committee referring to the Charlotte venue where President Obama will speak as [sic] “Panthers Stadium.”
It’s the place where the Panthers play, but it’s actually called Bank of America stadium.

A recent email from the host committee signed by former Al Gore campaign manager Donna Brazile urged people to win a trip to Charlotte for the event, which will wrap “Thursday night at Panthers Stadium with President Obama.”
Another email in June made the same pitch about the stadium.
A host committee spokeswoman didn’t respond to an email.
DNC = Deceitful National Committee.
“DNC = Deceitful National Committee.”
Does Not Compute
BoA paid all that evil money for the promotional value of having their name on that stadium. They should sue the DNC for loss of that promotional value. =^[.]^=
Panthers = a franchise of that big business corporation with a nationwide presence, the National Football League. That is a big moneyed operation doing $billions in revenue each year, has a history of abusing its employees with horrific physical demands, whose employees and their representative labor unions are ever at odds with leadership concerning pay, benefits and work rules and who enjoys glad-handing, palm-greasing political deals with government officials at all levels of our society, almost always at taxpayer expense!
If this wsa an attempt to airbrush a D bogeyman (i.e. “corporations”) from the picture this was a FAIL!
If the DNC had used the “real” name of the stadium it would have gotten some “guilt by association”, after vilifying “evil” bankers for so long.
And because they’re in such a close race, they can’t stand to risk losing even a few hundred votes. That would put such a *burden* on the fraudulent vote division!
I wonder when someone will slip up and call it the “Black Panthers Stadium”?
