He’s a terrorist turned leftwing activist. I’ll let Stacy McCain catch you up on the details. Right now, the terrorist turned activist — who gets money from major Democrats including Teresa Heinz Kerry and Barbra Streisand — is apparently threatening McCain’s family. Given Kimberlin’s history of bombings, harassment and thuggery, Kimberlin is unfortunately a real threat and the state of Maryland needs to step in and stop him.

Who is Brett Kimberlin? He is a tool of the forces of evil.
He’s apparently part of a nexus that reaches from the DNC to Anonymous. One of his close connections is Neal Rauhauser, who is implicated in a number of cyber crimes against conservative and libertarian websites and journalists. Kimberlin himself is just a garden-variety creep, but the nexus is dangerous. And funded by a lot of foundation money.
This guy’s lies go back a long, long way. Kimberlin was the convict who told The New Yorker’s reporter that he had been Dan Qualye’s drug dealer. That debunked claim still lives on in the fevered minds of the barking moonbat clan because they so desperately want it to be true.
Lee Stranahan has suggested a Let’s blog about Kimberlin day. This creep can’t live in sunlight.

13 years for his crime? if the feds wanted him to stay in custody, they could have done so. someone had to have told the doj to back off, and/or good legal representation. despite the fact that he was not convicted of murder, the consideration still plays out in the release.
the early release seems rather odd, given that I really thought violent crimes required 80% of jail time, with 20% acceptable as parole.
sen carl levin took great interest in 1992, and his subsequent release occurring within two years of levin’s ‘curiousity’ via senate hearing into media access to the offender during the 1988 campaign, seems rather ‘timely’.

everyone hears “rico” or “organized crime” and jumps to the conclusion that it is an ‘italian thing’.

the radicals of the 60′s and 70′s were dealing heavily in the drug trade, and the broad level of commity in this group has never been explored. kimberlin was a drug smuggler. there were people above him, and below him.

OK; let’s take a page from the other side’s book. Every last Democrat in the United States — in office and out of office, and including specifically his Hollywood backers — needs to be put on the spot and have it demanded of him/her that a public disavowal and condemnation of Kimberlin be issued on the record and preferably on video. The demand needs to be phrased as a question, e.g., “Mr. President, do you condemn and disavow the threats and harrassments made by prominent Democrat activist and convicted domestic terrorist and perjurer Brett Kimberlin? If not, why will you not disavow him?” Or how about, “Mr. President, as the leader of the Democrat Party in these United States, have you given clear instructions to all federal, state, and local offices, branches, and affiliated organizations of the Democrat Party that they immediately cease all legal, organizational, and financial ties with the convicted terrorist and perjurer Brett Kimberlin? Why have you not given that instruction? You are the leader of your party, are you not?” If he says that he has, have a list of DNC and related foundations and organizations that are on record as having given to him and/or his “non-profits.” Recite the list and then ask, “Mr. President, can you explain why these organizations are funding Mr. Kimberlin and his activities? Can you explain why they appear still to be funding him?” Make them own him; he’s one of them.
