…we would have a secretive president using his executive power to take America to war without Congressional approval. And they were right!
President Barack Obama has signed a secret order authorizing covert U.S. government support for rebel forces seeking to oust Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi, government officials told Reuters on Wednesday.
Obama signed the order, known as a presidential “finding”, within the last two or three weeks, according to four U.S. government sources familiar with the matter.
Of course, we don’t know what’s in the finding, what it rules in or rules out, because it’s seekret. Congress needs to start conducting some hearings, if only to restore some Constitutionality to this action.
If Bush had done anything like this with Iraq or Afghanistan…

He basically gives Iran a free pass to get nukes –
discourages their people’s rebellion. (Irrational
“Outreach” my foot.)
Try thinking “out of the box.”
Look directly at what is happening — where it’s
going.
He encourages the Muslim Brotherhood — wherever
they are — Tunesia, Egypt, Libya, Syria — etc.
And Egypt! Of all places! The only bit of stability
holding the region in place — where we had some
influence. We were so worried about what might
happen when Mubarak died — But Obama immediately
tells him to go — without a second thought.
Face it. That’s what’s happening. Judge by the
results! The little bits of “odd” behavior —
otherwise unexplainable, except as “poor judgment”
and love of “Global World Order.” — Love of “U.N., etc.”
(Are we still selling arms to Hezbollah as “Lebanon?”)
