Steve Green, your friendly neighborhood VodkaPundit, the genial host of PJTV’s long-running Week In Blogs and Hair of the Dog shows, and along with Scott Ott and Bill Whittle is one-third of PJTV’s Trifecta series, stops by for a podcast chat.
In a ten minute interview, we’ll discuss:
- How does one remain a bon vivant in the age of Mike Bloomberg, Michelle Obama, and the regressive nanny state?
- Sinatra: man, myth, legend, or all three?
- The state of pop culture in Big Media, and the state of the Blogosphere’s DIY ethos.
- And perhaps the most important question of all: what goes into the perfect Martini?

Well let’s hope the Fiendish Herr Doktor Reynolds doesn’t hear this. He’s at UTENN, that’d be in Tennessee, not Kentucky, but I know you knew that.
And as I’m sitting here making my evening bourbon and branch go away three words come to mind. Steven den Beste. Heck if you want to start a running series of blogospherians of note, how about Kim du Toit, as well. Both worthy of consideration as people worth listening to, even if they’re not currently participating on a full time basis for whatever reason. I suspect they’d both find PJM a salutary venue if only on an occasional basis.
I enjoy watching Steve on Trifecta. He’s got such a great sense of humor. It was nice to get to know him a bit better here. I didn’t realize he loves music so much. Very cool!
