More Obama Tapes: Michelle Obama a Race Agitating Occupier?

A treasure trove of information is coming out regarding Barack Obama’s time in college. Over at the Breitbart sites, we are learning how Obama inserted himself into a fight to implement hiring on the basis of race at Harvard Law School. The Obama tapes also seem to show the other Obama – Michelle – occupying the Harvard Law School dean’s office. The occupiers were agitating for the race-based hiring of Harvard law professors.
The racialist fight at Harvard Law from 1988 to 1991 swirls around Professor Derrick Bell. As detailed over at Big Government, Professor Bell was a role model to law student Barack Obama. But he also openly advocated for a variety of racialist views wholly outside the American mainstream. Some of them are outright crazy. He deliberately used his position as a professor to teach racially charged theories of structural oppression by whites. Obama, nevertheless, now famously urged us “to open up our hearts and minds to the words of Professor Derrick Bell.”
Joel Pollack, editor-in-chief at Breitbart.com, said on Hannity tonight that WGBH in Boston didn’t even reply to Breitbart.com’s request to review the tapes buried in the WGBH archives. So instead, I went for the Bigs to Boston and reviewed them last month. More will be coming out about the racially charged fight that Obama participated in at Harvard. Stay tuned.
I found that Barack might not be the only Obama on the tapes.
In May 1988, Harvard Law students, borrowing from Alinsky’s Rules for Radicals, and foreshadowing the Occupy movement of 2011, occupied the Harvard Law School’s dean’s office. The students were supporting Professor Derrick Bell’s demand that the law school hire professors on the basis of race.
One of the students “dressed in black” and occupying the dean’s office appears to be Michelle Obama (Harvard Law ’88). Here is a link to the grainy video. (lower right at about ten seconds in, wearing white Keds):
It is important to note that I had the opportunity to review all of the original Betamax videotapes in Boston where the video quality was significantly higher than the internet version. While there is some chance this is not Michelle trespassing and “occupying” the dean’s office for racial hiring preferences, the Betamax video version leaves very little doubt it is her. Perhaps someone in the mainstream media will ask the East Wing if Michelle Obama participated in a trespassing occupation of the Harvard Law School dean’s office to demand race-based hiring of professors.
Is it any surprise? The MSM carried water for Obie even when all kinds of inflammatory things came out about this cipher’s despicable alliances and a good portion of America’s eyes willfully glazed over how awful he really was/is because they all wanted to sing kumbaya and believe the hype of snake oil.
There’s a portion of America who is just as radical and evil as the scuzzball in the WH, so, this is sadly no surprise to people with eyes-wide-open who saw through Barry from the getgo.
How much more needs to ‘be revealed’ for people to open their eyes as to the REAL scuzzball-in-chief?

I don’t know if there is a video out there showing Barack Obama making radically racist statements, BUT, somewhere out in ether-land is a video that was once freely available that I watched on Youtube that has Michelle Obama giving a speech on “Demographic Justice and ending Middle Class Whiteness” that could have been lifted right out of a Josef Goebbels speech on “The Jewish Problem” circa 1930. It was there until early 2008 when the Great Whitewash buried just about every public speech and video either one of them ever made from view.
Had that speech been made truly public, we’d probably have President Hillary Clinton right now (McCain is an idiot and was likely never going to win). I don’t think even they could have ignored that one completely had anyone like Rush made it public.

yes i read michelle’s “thesis” it is a joke poorly done with no real analysis or true documentation. she didn’t understand how to do it and screwed it up along with a subject she was far from even handed with. she along with that trash she called a thesis should have been kicked to the curb. what we have now that passes for academia is insulting to true academics who work hard to bring out real analysis.

It was to be hoped in the ’60s that black Americans would realize their dream of simply being legally seen like anyone else so they could make their way in the US without constraint.
This hope has morphed into a monster that seems insatiable and increasingly obsessed with increasingly bizarre ideas centered around racialist structure and networking and class and cheap psychology as opposed to common sense and everything but the simplicity of hard work.
When one contrasts the attitudes of the Vietnamese about Americans, many of whom suffered loss in their immediate family and a country torn apart, with black Americans today who in real terms have suffered nothing other than a thin claim to a link by color to old historical grievances the difference is marked.
The Vietnamese have chosen to forget the past and move ahead. Perhaps if there was some move afoot by the U.N. or America itself based on political correctness to enable payback it would be different but one gets the sense that we are in fact talking about 2 entirely different cultures here in terms of maturity and intellect.
You can add Muslims to that list too. It seems when any group hates us white Americans we give in to their every desire. We are on our way to becoming a dominated people by the two groups that hate us the most. Blacks and Muslims are offended at almost everything we stand for. They complain and we give in to their one sided demands without a fight. Oh, you can throw the Mexicans into that group too. Look at how our schools treat them by allowing them to celebrate a Mexican national holiday and they are US citizens! They even allow them to fly the Mexican flag at US public schools!This is what PC and liberals have done to our great nation.
This is just brainstorming, but: The common link between the black, latinos and muslims, ( asian and NA in a way cannot be bothered with )are the white folks they hate. If there were no more white folks, a vacuum of “power” would exist and these three cultures would go to war.

What the media and its allies in the Democratic Party can’t answer honestly is why these videos weren’t shown widely in 2008.
The answer, of course, is that (a) the media feared the voters might not vote for a candidate who endorsed racial preferences, and (b) the media had no interest in actually investigating 0bama’s past. The MSM decided to make him POTUS based on his ability to read a Teleprompter, so there was no need to look in to what Soetoro actually said or did before 2006.

Actually, the MSM made a very conscious effort to push Obama on us. The obvious evidence is the fact that they had the chance to push either of two historic candidates who were both barrier breakers for President; a White woman, Hillary Rodham Clinton, or a Black man, Barrak Hussein Obama. They made the historic choice and chose Obama. McCain never had a chance and may have known it.
When Clinton realized the media were going to be in the tank for Obama, I think she made a deal with him to slow down her campaign and allow him the limelight, in exchange for her appointment as Secretary of State. Or do some of you really believe she was the best choice for that position and that it was not simply a political payoff? We’re already hearing the chants of Hillary for 2016!

Sad to say, this video testimony is not the indictment it should be. But then again, anyone who bothered to look beyond what the media was selling knew this was what we would get with the Obamas.

The only thing 2012 should be about is how Obama has performed since 2008. What has happened to our economy, our diplomacy and the outside world under his watch. If we make it about that, make him explain and defend his record as the actual President of the United States, he will lose.

Completly disagree. Obama’s policies have roots in Derrick Bell. The approach to mortgage lenders by his DOJ (which I assume James you are familiar with) has roots in Derrick Bell. His judicial nominations, (See David Steinberg at Tatler) have roots in Derrick Bell. There are many more examples where the bad POLICIES you complain about have roots in IDEAS Obama learned at Harvard. Understanding those ideas and the policies they breed very very much is relevant. It isn’t an “academic interest.” It is an explaination.

I think James has a point. The number of people who are still open to the reality that Obama is morally unqualified to be allowed anywhere the Presidency on the basis of his past at this point must be marginal. Many of his supporters have always constituted a cult. After years of misgovernment that he still has so much support indicates a population indifferent to arguments based on fact.
I disagree as well. It’s one thing to speculate a man who sees life through a racial dimension will or won’t set that aside in 2008 and then look at the actual results well over 3 years into the Presidency.
Far from being post-racial Obama’s Presidency has confirmed, with proof not common sense, that which many feared. What people only suspected about Eric Holder’s appointment and his first racialist press conference has now been confirmed and in spades. Holder has become increasingly bold and now he doesn’t even pretend to not be in favor of naked racial advocacy and turning the DOJ into a branch of the NAACP or biased Southern Poverty Law Center.
The black elite on the American Left, which is pretty much the entirety of the black elite, has also become almost unbelievably bold in what they say and even more surprisingly, what they get away with. MSNBC, practically Democratic Party central, has now gone to employing two full-time intransigent racists full-time in Al Sharpton and Melissa Harris-Perry. Someone up top in the comments section mentioned Goebbels and I have for many months thought of Perry as emanating from the same intellectual space as Goebbels.
In a larger sense this is entirely a failure of perception of the American people who need only use common sense and goose/gander to ferret out what is now right in front of their faces but too many refuse to do it and instead prefer the monstrous excuse factory which is liberalism to explain away the worst excesses.
Unfortunately although the black Left has become increasingly racist in a very public way, the political correctness of America has risen to explain it away and it appears Obama’s racism, whether he is re-elected or not, will be the least important factor.
The point is that in America people excuse away wrong and dispense morality according to race. In this scenario, a Mayan Indian women or a black civil rights “activist” has a sheen of protection that enables the worst lapses or morality to be forgiven and endemic cultural racism “explained” away by a Carnival con man’s tricks of “white privilege” and the “New Jim Crow.”
In short, thanks to the nearly thoughtless politically correct maunderings of everything from “The View” to Soledad (racist hunter) O’Brien and the blithe idiocy of Bill Mahrer and the Huffington Post, we are undone. To understand the depth of the hole we have dug for ourselves you have to understand how uttering “food stamp President” is racist but the actual NAME Congressional BLACK Caucus with the race advocacy to go along with it is not and how Horowitz’s putting context to the slave trade in Africa is considered by the S.P Law Center as rising to the level of hate speech but Melissa Harris-Perry congratulating Obama for “liberating more black bodies from the prison system” is not.
To say the Right and common sense are facing an uphill battle is a grand understatement as the playing field is so crooked that even a whiff of white advocacy brings out KKK hoods to be fitted and brutally obvious black racism is ignored as “Well, we’re not quite there yet” and the diabolical concept of “white privilege” make one a de facto racist completely divorced from one’s actual actions and based solely on race.
The Obama video has gotten a collective yawn from the media.
Now, try this thought experiment. Imagine the media reaction if a thirty year old video tape was found showing a young Mitt Romney extolling the virtues of Harold B. Lee, the President of the Mormon church when it still excluded blacks from the priesthood. Think the media would be yawning?
The real battle is against the media.
So, bypass it. Frequently, consistently, widely, to the point where (like the history of the Drudge Report) they can’t really avoid it, as much as they’d like to.
Rev Wright and Professor Derrick Bell, Obama buddies, all are racist anti-Semites. Do you really think Obama cares anything about Israel, not this hater. The name Derrick Bell was vaguely familiar, but I had to look him up to see exactly what he preached (other than race-based quotas). Quite eye-opening, I must say – critical race theory straight out of the 60s, and just about as useful. These are the criticisms:

That is a very smart analysis which unfortunately too many Americans are impervious to, preferring to believe in coulda, woulda, shoulda, in favor of what’s in front of their eyes.
The black Left has never made a convincing case for modern white racism because they can’t and so they have to resort to anecdote, cheap psychology and reject any cohesive and consistent philosophy that would show an overarching interest by whites in the concept of race. Men like Bell are projecting their own assumptions onto white people and then acting on them.
And it is correct to suggest that people who “reason” along these lines show themselves to be, not fully equal, but hopeless children who’ve taken themselves out of the race before it’s begun. If you can’t reach up you pull down. Call it “Harry Potter At the Barricades.” That explains why kids are better/not better.

These tapes should be let out gradually over the next 5 or 6 months ending in a cascading crescendo in October in the run up to Nov 6th. Then, after Obama’s resounding defeat, a herculean effort must be made to discredit the main stream media for their gross malfeasance in 2007/2008. They attempted to make every nit picking fact about or misstep by, George W. Bush into a national disgrace that should disqualify him for the presidency while deliberately ignoring what should have been disclosed regarding Obama. A drunk driving charge 25 years prior to 2008 was a major headline, a character flaw that could not or should not be overlooked in any presidential candidates past but all of this about Obama’s past was totally irrelevant and intentionally repressed regarding his ability to lead this nation. That it worked in Obama’s favor is even more damning tantamount to rigging a national election. They will not go quietly or even be embarrassed but they must lose their vaunted and undeserved position as unbiased members of the 4th estate.

The Failed President is both a liar, loser, and is destroying America. Secret Service personnel have stated he is a dishonest person and his wife hates white people. He is a very dangerous man and ignores the law in general, the will of the American people, Congress, and the Constitution.
There are no longer massive adoring crowds to deceive. For the first time in Barack Obama’s life, he is accountable. He has repeatedly shown that he cannot deal with, and will never be able to shoulder responsibility, as he is at his core a self-absorbed man, and a very dishonest human being.
Obama has never stood for individualism, capitalism, or liberty. The citizens of our country naively gave the reins of power to a tyrant. His resignation from office would be a great first step toward economic recovery. The majority of Americans are sick of his condescension, his policies, his racist bigotry, and his incompetence. Obama is “the most disastrous president in our history.”

I don’t think most Americans are familiar with Derrick Bell’s race theories. I learnwed of them fairly recently and only after living in the DC area for many years. There is a woeful lack of knowledge about history and that subject is rarelly taught in K=16 these days. Unfortunately, the Harvard protest tape of Obama was over-hyped and caused raised expectations. Maybe it should have come with an instruction booklet. Unless the background is known, the tape seems fairly innocuous. Probably too many people accepted the spin about Michelle Obama’s comment about never being proud of this country at face value.
I don’t think the lack of knowledge or LACK OF DESIRE TO GAIN KNOWLEDGE by the majority of voters is understoood by most of the right. They must find a way to deal with this problem.

To be honest with you when Obama first came along I was completely neutral towards him. I figured he was an outsider and thought maybe he really did believe in some form of pragmatic rationalism that’d overcome the usual dross and baggage that usually accompanies black politicians in America.
Then I hear about Rev. Wright, an utter racist in an utterly racist church whose theology is based on a particularly vicious little white-hating nerd named James Cone and then Holder jumps on board the train and his first official act is to hold a press conference calling out whites as racists and cowards on the subject and it’s gone downhill from there.
You don’t have to look any further to explain why Henry (Beer Summit) Gate’s The Root has articles like “Black Professionals: We Got Obama’s Back” while no one says a single word about it.

There is no better illustration of the deep hypocrisy and delusion centered around self-sealing “arguments” like Critical Race Theory and White Privilege. The YWCA recently spread was a co-sponsor of billboards around Duluth, MN that say “It’s Hard to See Racism When You’re White” and do the same for the annual “White Privilege Conference” largely attended by white folks, that tears white folks a new one for there lack of awareness of their own racism.

The Obamas’ Race Fixation
The release–after a quarter century–of Andrew Breitbart’s video of Barack Hussein Obama during his Harvard Law School years may or may not have been a blockbuster but it does reveal the future president’s fixation on race. Likewise, another video seems to confirm that the future FLOTUS, Michelle Robinson LaVaughn Obama, was also a racial agitator at Harvard Law.
It’s understandable that one of Obama’s closest mentors in the last campaign only now has admitted “We hid this [tape] throughout the 2008 campaign. I don’t care if they find it now.”
Four years later, Harvard Law professor Charles Ogletree is confident enough that the first (semi-) African-American has sufficiently bamboozled the American people into thinking he is a president of all the people and wants a color-blind society rather than a racially-divided country.
With the black vote, the mainstream media, the 20% of liberals in America, and Hollywood in Obama’s pocket, Prof. Ogletree believes the 2012 election is a shoo-in for the president and he doesn’t give a damn anymore who knows Barack was a racial agitator at Harvard.
With MSM complicity, Obama has successfully managed to fend off the truth concerning the extent of his relationships with the radical Rev. Jeremiah Wright, the revolutionists Bill Ayers and Bernardine Dohrn, his friendship with black Muslim racist Louis Farrakhan and other unseemly buddies so why fret over his demonstrations in favor of race-based hiring at Harvard?
Why get all exercised over a video depicting Obama embracing one of his role models, Prof. Derrick Bell, who notably said, “I live to harrass white people,” endorsed a controversial magazine whose official motto is “treason to whiteness is loyalty to humanity,” and who preached divisive, black racist theories of endemic oppression by whites.
As student Obama said at the time, we should “open up our hearts and minds to the words of Professor Derrick Bell.”
We might just as well close up our hearts and minds to President Obama’s comparable preachings of racial harmony cloaked in conciliatory words and concealing his decades-old antipathy for white people to which he confessed in Dreams of My Father: “I ceased to advertise my mother’s [white] race when I began to suspect I was ingratiating myself to whites.”
And he couldn’t allow that!
Nor could he tolerate or trust white people or, as he wrote in Dreams of a fellow Chicago community organizer: “There was something about him that made me wary, a little too sure of himself, maybe. And he was white.”
