Impeach Holder and DOJ Officials for DOJ Lies
This week in front of the House Judiciary Committee, Attorney General Eric Holder doubled down, then tripled down, on Fast and Furious. He dug in, fought back, and pretended nothing is systemically wrong inside his Justice Department. Chairman Darrell Issa (R-CA) even accused him of potential contempt of Congress, a crime (2 U.S.C. 192).
Holder’s testimony was not merely shameful, it was a maturing manifestation of a lawlessness which I first warned about in July of 2010 when I testified about the New Black Panther dismissal. Small acts of lawlessness have given way to larger ones.
In the radio and television interviews I do, I am often asked, “What can be done about Holder and the DOJ?” Until now, I have responded that becoming educated about the DOJ and urging your congressman to action is best. But circumstances have changed, and you as an American can do something about it.
Holder’s brazen display before the House Judiciary Committee signals that the Justice Department is in deep trouble. It is time for Eric Holder to go. It is time for his Chief of Staff Gary Grindler to go. It is time for Assistant Attorney General Lanny Breuer to go.
The list shouldn’t end there. The swirl of corruption also taints Assistant Attorney General Ron Weich, who managed the production of the false letter to Congress about Fast and Furious. It also taints Tracy Schmaler, the truth-challenged head of the Office of Public Affairs who disassembles the truth to the public on so many issues I have lost count.
The Constitution provides two avenues for just this circumstance. One is found in the First Amendment and the other in Article II, Section 4.
This coming Tuesday, Eric Holder is coming to Austin, Texas, to make a major announcement about voting rights. Most likely, it will involve opposing election integrity efforts like voter identification requirements in Texas and South Carolina. It will have a direct impact on the 2012 election. His appearance at the LBJ Library will be met by True the Vote, which will hold a counter-rally to which all of America is invited. It is at 4 p.m. on the grounds of the LBJ Library. Here is the flyer with more information. The First Amendment gives citizens the right to petition their government for redress of grievances. Use it.
But the Constitution provides more tools to undo the rot at DOJ. Article II, Section 4 allows executive branch officers to be impeached. This includes Holder, Breuer, and Weich.

Mr. Adams,
Excellent article. I’m in Chicago and am unable to attend in Austin on Tuesday. I hope you get a big turn-out.
Now we’re cooking with gas: I appreciate all your work and the clear sourcing that circumvents you being written off as merely someone with an agenda.
Speaking of reasonable, we have gotten to the point where a “reasonable” person, even on the Left, cannot any longer defend Holder and by proxy Obama. Obama will have to let Holder sink or swim to cut his losses on this one.
I doubt he can. What Holder’s DoJ is accused of is big enough that if they give him to the committee it has the potential to unravel the administration. Just this once, the crime is bigger than the cover-up.
That’s if they know about it. Other than CBS and Fox, there hasn’t been anything other than “It’s a partisan witch-hunt, move along”.
Finally, someone with a backbone and the knowledge to call for this guy’s head. Will the wishy washy republicans retreat into their respective caves or will they go on offense? Let’s watch. Thank you Christian.
Speaker Boehner allowing the House Repubs to go on the offense? Are you kiddin’? That would require a spine transplant. After all, the impeachment of Holder would require a lenghty and contentious process that would tie-up important legislation now before the House and make Republicans look like mean-spirited types who are just trying to make the President look bad before the up-coming election. There you have it. Boehner’s predicted response. This going nowhere. Hope I’m wrong.
yooper no one has to make obama look bad. he does a very good job on his own,
This is worth writing to your congress critters, even if, as in my case, they are Democrats. Maybe especially if they are Democrats.
Hell, I thought it was simply *precious*, the Congressman mentioning possible Impeachment as a solution to Holder’s intransigence, and Holder responding “have you no shame?”
Were I said Congressman, I would have responded, “No, we do not, as we are pursuing the interests of the people in this matter. You, however, Sir…what you are and what you have done, I cannot adequately say, but a pink slip awaits you.”
ok, ok….I know that sometimes things get botched.
But, Obama strikes me as a Fabian and always has. He also has been surrounded by mentors, dear friends, father figures and other influences who absolutely hate our military.
AND…he puts in place a SuperCommittee that couldn’t agree on the color of snow, with an automatic trigger of gutting the military if they don’t come to an agreement.
He tries to “Chicago style” testimony on a system that interferes with 75% of the military GPS systems.
http://hotair.com/archives/2011/12/10/lightsquared-disrupts-75-of-gps-receivers-in-govt-testing/
He jackpots Israel into a position of complete inability to negotiate a safe position in the Middle East, teeing up Hamas into a more powerful position.
He does everything he can to topple Egypt, announces the pullout dates in Afghanistan and Iraq, …but mysteriously leaves Syria and Iran untouched.
Then…we conveniently “lose” a drone in Iran…and “oops” can’t destroy it or recover it. Now they have technology he would never be able to sell them.
We hire 113 small c communists to head up our DOJ, we run guns and launder money, in bed with the Mexican drug cartels, we sue our own states when they try to protect the border, we cancel all prosecutions of those who are hurling racial epithets and wielding weapons at polling places, we seize the healthcare industry, the insurance industry, the real estate industry, the banking industry, the mortgage industry, we have the NLRB assault the Constitution, we pass massive legislation in reconciliation, we bury billions of dollars in phony “green” companies, we appoint “czars” to circumvent our checks and balances between the three branches of government…and we suggest that “they don’t recognize their own bias”?
Again…I believe in coincidence. But if I’m in a card game with strangers and all the coincidences come up against me…I get up from the table.
It’s time for America to walk away from this card game. Somebody is dealing from the bottom of the deck. And, anyone who doesn’t see this…isn’t playing with a full one.
Well, when you put it that way….Excellent summary of the O admin.
Thank you.
And that’s just what we know about. In a government larger than some countries, what else are these crooked scum up to?
I thought we had campaign finance rules. What, exactly, is a “bundler”? I though one couldn’t give over a certain amount. What is “walking around” money, and “get out the vote”? Slush finds shouldn’t be allowed, and people should be getting to the polls on their own, not bussed at a candidate’s or party’s expense. That’s accepting remuneration for your vote.
They’re already fighting early voting, which frees up people to vote in NY and Florida, a very prevalent tactic (I know ten people who do this all the time, all Dems.) For those of you who wondered how Obama was going to get reelected when everyone hates him, look about you. It’s already happening. Acorn is reconstituted under a million aliases. Holder is going to get injunctions on every voter ID law just in time for the election, but not too soon, so they can’t be overturned. You watch. Obama has never won an election fairly. He’s not about to start now when he has all the strings of government in his regal hands.
“And what if Holder is drummed out of office, what then? Will he be welcomed with open arms back in Big Law?”
Hey, why not? Maybe C+B could make him founding/managing partner of a new suburban Maryland office — one right inside the Federal Correctional Institution in Cumberland. He wouldn’t have to walk far to get to work, either!
It’s shocking to me how many pundits (including “the panel” on Bret Baier) are saying that Holder will survive.
And when O’Reilly asked Megyn Kelly this week IF there was evidence that Fast & Furious spilled back onto Eric Holder, she answered “no”.
I feel like I’m in the twilight zone.
Fox seems to have turned into the ‘loyal’ opposition
Murdoch’s son is a leftwinger.
And yes, a lot of Fox people also want to be seen as ‘reasonable Republicans’.
Fox’s motto of fair and balanced applies only to the conservative view. When is the last time a host forcefully corrected one of their left-wing imbeciles? People like Kristen Powers, Tamara Holder, Christopher Hahn, and, Alan Colmes(?) make outrageous and untrue statements like clockwork. I usually just change the channel when I see that they are coming on. I don’t need Fox to present idiotic rantings from moronic liberals…….. I can tune to the plethora of channels that make their living doing that everyday!!!
“It’s shocking to me how many pundits (including “the panel” on Bret Baier) are saying that Holder will survive.”
they weren’t saying it was a good idea he would survive, they were just predicting that Barack Obama would not fire him or ask him to resign, and in that, I think they’re right.
you have to remember: the New Black Panther thing, the complete lack of interest in voter fraud cases that involve minority fraud, the politicization of hiring…Obama approves of all these things.
why would he fire Holder? Holder’s perfect for him.
And Obambi should go to for appointing and supporting him.
I’ve written my congress critters, including my two Democratic Senators, as follows:
I have considered US Attorney General Eric Holder’s performance at this week’s hearings on the Fast & Furious scandal, and believe all the elements of a case for impeachment have been demonstrated against Holder, Breuer and Weich.
Apparently we need to establish the precedent that the United States government will not participate in the murder of either US citizens or foreign nationals for the purpose of building a case for US legislation.
YES +++++++++
PLEASE!
Impeach ‘em… plain rule of law demands it.
The various hearings on Fast and Furious are bad enough. But taken in the context of Adams’ book “Injustice”, they are truly frightening. Together, the book and the testimony point to widespread and deep corruption within the DOJ.
Fear of reprisal has alot of those that can do something stalled in their tracks…You don’t win the endgame without using offense as defense.
Thank you Mr. Adams.
Where would we be if not for great Americans like you?
God Bless you and your Loved ones Mr. Adams
I agree that Attorney General Holder should be impeached. He should also be convicted. There is, however, a “minor” problem under Article I of the Constitution. While a bill of impeachment can be passed by vote of a simple majority in the House, only the Senate can convict and that requires a two-thirds vote. Obama administration loyalists in the Senate could easily prevent a two-thirds vote for impeachment there. Strong popular demands could, perhaps, change that but I doubt it.
President Clinton was impeached by the House but not convicted by the Senate and remains one of the most popular former presidents. It was an enjoyable performance but not significantly more than that.
I may be missing something, but with little if any likelihood of conviction I fail to see much to be gained. Perhaps someone will enlighten me.
Dan – not an unfair critcism. Do you really think that the Senate would dig in to defend Lanny Breuer or Ron Weich after it was shown they misled Congress? Would they fall on the sword for a corrupt underling? I don’t think so.
Christian — my crystal ball is broken and my fortune telling license has been revoked for good cause, so I don’t know about Messrs Breuer or Weich. Still, were the House to pass bills of impeachment against Attorney General Holder and the two other gentlemen, how likely is it that the Senate would convict the smaller fish while permitting the bigger one to continue polluting the stream? Mightn’t the Senate more likely let them continue to swim along together? With the Senate constituted as it is, what is the likelihood that one or both of them might desire, and be permitted, to exchange damning testimony against Attorney General Holder for an acquittal?
In any event and as you know, perjury is one of the more difficult offenses to prove in a civilian criminal court and would likely be even more difficult to establish as a high crime or misdemeanor in the Senate as presently constituted. Perhaps unfortunately, incompetence is not an impeachable offense.
Dan…not a chance.
This is a Senate that won’t do its job on a budget, follows Harry Reid into the depths of deplorablity on preserving the Constitution, is willing to gut our military, allows the executive branch to usurp power away from the people and their representative form of self-governance by allowing “czars and czarinas” to rule instead of govern, they allow the process of voting to be eroded into a fraudulent cesspool, …what possible evidence exists that they would act in a proper fashion in this instance?
The DOJ will stall, hinder and delay…hoping to outlast the public’s attention span. Keep digging, try to find more…get something that will bring the outrage. Even if Holder resigns…what do we get instead? Cass Sunstein?
Thankfully there is more than perjury to go on. See this blockbuster PJ Media story by James Stinebower earlier this week:
http://pjmedia.com/blog/gunwalker-justice-dept-violated-us-laws/
A couple of things to keep in mind here in favor of impeachment. First, impeachment itself is a very significant step, even if there is no conviction by the Senate. Remember our two impeached Presidents? Something that will live with them in the history books. Secondly, impeachment would mean no more denying Congressional subpoenas on the grounds of executive privilege, etc. The facts would come out. Fourth, it is an election year, and this would keep the corruption at the Department of Justice in front of the American people. And, therefore make it clear to them what they would be voting for if they vote to reelect Barack Obama.

The impeachment process brings with it subpoena power and with THAT Holder and the rest of the democrat machine will have trouble keeping subversive details out of the public stream of consciousness all the way through the 2012 election cycle if need be.
THAT would be a benefit even if conviction by the senate never happens.
I agree, IMPEACH . . . . there’s little down side.
Impeaching Holder by congress is not something that obama would want during the last months of his campaign showing the corruption and criminal activities of his appointments. Besides, research shows that the majority of DOJ’s hires and appointments have ties to racist, socialist and communist ties. Obama wouldn’t want this to be out. I don’t know why this is not in news now!
http://www.ruthfullyyours.com/2011/09/19/the-politicized-hiring-of-eric-holders-appellate-section-hans-a-von-spakovsky/
The importance on an impeachment proceeding is that it allows congress to go after internal DOJ documents and emails without the DOJ being able to stonewall them. It is the only way to find what already hasn’t been shredded, and to find the evidence of what has been shredded.
Grindler was fully briefed on F&F in March of 2010. Either he was the person at the head of F&F at the DOJ or Holder was; there simply is no one between Grindler and Holder.
It has been almost a full year since Brian Terry’s death, you mean to tell me that the DOJ with the full resources of the FBI hasn’t been able to figure out who the “rouge” operative in the DOJ who ran this operation was? One FBI agent could get to the bottom of this in a week tops.
If Holder is not impeached and convicted the country is done for. The DOJ – with the aid of the UN will take over the count of the votes in the next election – we all know how that will turn out.
That is the problem for the senate to worry about-impeach! What’s the point is the arguement of cowards (no offense Dan). Do it anyway. If the GOP had any courage they would shut down the government over the omnibus. Make Obama-or the senate veto. Make them state their position and their reasons. Push push push!! Cut 10% across the board on the omnibus, pass it, and walk out of the house. Let Harry twist in the wind until the last minute-and then some. Do not go on TV either, go silent.
Yuor problem, Mr Adams, is that you think the law is a set of rules to go by, and for the DoJ to act by.
This is what it SHOULD have been.
For Obama & Holder, it’s a political instrument. So, no one should keep any hope that it would change, and, as Dan Miller had pointed out, impeachment is hard to come by.
I just hope that the Republican candidate will make a good use of this DoJ, to show the American people the real Obama.
Mr. Adams,
Why is Treason against the American public not in order? Plus, it is not just holder at Justice is it? It is Hillery, and the Bull Dike at Homeland too.
A trial Treason for Obama, Holder, Hillery, and the Bull Dike for starters with it viewed on pay-for-view to pay off the debt. What is the penality for Treason during a time of war?
The real issue is not Holder. The real issue is Obama’s re-election. The DOJ is poised to aid and abet Obama stealing this upcoming election. Having people from ACORN or MALDF on the DOJ staff is preparing for that theft.
Andy: You’d probably really like my book Injustice. It goes into extensive deail about voter fraud and election rigging, and how DOJ officials have turned a blind eye to lawlessness. It would make a great Christmas present!
http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/1596982772/pajamasmedia-20
Sounds good.
Mr. Holder also committed a logical inconsistency. He defended DOJ against allegations of lying by saying that lying involves “a state of mind.” True enough, lying requires the intent to mislead. He went on to testify that nobody at DOJ lied. So, the investigators can’t know the state of mind of DOJ officials, but he does know? When did he get these telepathic powers?
All really cool Accended Masters of the New Age have telepathic powers.
See Lucis Trust’s web site for more information on assending, and becoming a pagan.
In the nature of the thing, of course it has nothing whatever to do with “telepathic powers”: I think that, Holder mixes simulation, dissimulation and dissembling in a clumsy effort to merely declare things which he would see accepted as an actual substrate, . . . in place of the factual substrate of criminality.
But maybe you would try to answer my question: I wonder whether criminal prosecution has to be preceded by impeachment, . . .
We agree – you take a factual approach and I employed sarcasm.
Ya know what might be kind of comical, . . . to energize the type of malevolence which was desired, their handlers knew that, they had to have souls easily corrupted, sure, but in the watching and the hearing of the lack of artful hedging, the quick hemming here-and-there producing the rough fabrications, and being thus apprised of the true level of slow-wittedness, . . . they just gotta have dreadful sinking feelings.
I wonder if this will precipitate to move WW-III a year lower in the foreground, . . .
The early beginnings of Eric Holder are described in this great old article from The Washington Weekly 1997 if you can find a copy on the internet.

I want to see Holder indicted. By Mexico. Extraordinary rendition might be called for. I understand that Mexican Enhanced Interrogation Techniques are a bit different from ours. Perhaps then we can get to the bottom of this.
The American People must rise up and DEMAND that Holder and his criminal cronies in the Justice Department resign or face impeachment and criminal charges including perjury. But the entire DOJ mess is fraught with illegal activity which is CRIMINAL.
Mr. Adams, where is CBS’s Sharyl Attkisson with respect to F&F?
You know it’s bad when the DoJ’s poo-pooing on the ‘Uhbama is awesome’ usurping alphabet networks.
Has the DoJ, primarily Schulz and Schmaler been or will be subpoenaed?
Those turds are just as bad as ‘My People’ Holder.
What’s despicable is Uhbama on record as recently as Dec 8th regarding his ‘..confidence in Holder’. Inept doesn’t even begin to scratch the surface of this administration and their hires.
I liken Uhbama to F Troop’s Captain Wilton Parmenter. Though Uhbama’s not funny.
I wish impeachment were a real possibility since Holder and crew certainly deserve it. However, I don’t think the House has the stomach for it and I’m sure the Senate wouldn’t convict. There are still some House managers around who remember the Clinton impeachment with regret and who vowed never to be in that position again.
I think Holder’s “state of mind” comment was the equivalent of Clinton’s “what the meaning of ‘is’ is.” I’ll be surprised if anyone is thrown under the bus at Justice, other than some whistleblowers. And if anyone is jettisoned, a soft landing will be provided if they take one for the team. Democrats protect their own, unlike Republicans who abandon their own.
“Tracy Schmaler, the truth-challenged head of the Office of Public Affairs who disassembles the truth to the public on so many issues I have lost count.”
To “disassemble” is to take to pieces. I believe that the author meant “dissemble”, which means to put on a false appearance : conceal facts, intentions, or feelings under some pretense.
Actually the author meant exactly what the author wrote.
Great answer Christian, I, for one, am with you!
From Wikipedia:
The House Committee on Un-American Activities became a standing (permanent) committee in 1945. Representative Edward J. Hart of New Jersey became the committee’s first chairman.[15] Under the mandate of Public Law 601, passed by the 79th Congress, the committee of nine representatives investigated suspected threats of subversion or propaganda that attacked “the form of government guaranteed by our Constitution.”
Under this mandate, the committee focused its investigations on real and suspected communists in positions of actual or supposed influence in the United States society. A significant step for HUAC was its investigation of the charges of espionage brought against Alger Hiss in 1948. This investigation ultimately resulted in Hiss’s trial and conviction for perjury, and convinced many of the usefulness of congressional committees for uncovering communist subversion.
Where has this committee gone?
Mr.J.Christian Adams, good stuff … thank you.
Pffft, you think you are going to change Washington or the leftists by voting or letting the system work it’s way out? What a crock.
The Rule of Law is broken, it is done. The highest office of the rule of law is controlled by a marxist, it is controlled by a criminal, it is controlled by someone that will do anything to maintain power.
Hell, this POS murdered by proxy 100s to foment his agenda. We are seeing the methods of the likes of Stalin being used. No, this is NOT hyperbole, this is not a unsubstantiated claim.
We have video of these POS’s stating they were doing an operation under the radar to implement gun controls. They did NOT care if they killed people. They did NOT care if officers got killed. They did not care about the law, they cared about the outcome of their actions.
These are actions of marxists, plain and simple. You do not defeat people that do not care of laws by the rule of law when they are the highest acting members in that system. You cannot beat the system when THEY are the system. You can attempt to make yourself feel better by assuaging your belief system, but it does no good. Since they are using the alynsky system, you have to admit to yourself that………..that is the problem. How do you defeat THAT sort of system?
I have made a choice that I am no longer a member of the system. That is what needs to be done, do you actually think that we have a system that will allow you or I to make a difference anymore?
Pfft!
Put tobacco back in the barn – “line up the buses”!
Ok – forget the ‘Tobacco Barn’ and any concept of ‘good natured fun’ having to do with the destructive Communist influences infesting the leadership of this once amazing country!
This PJMedia article by J Christian Adams is one that even mentions more than two participants partaking in the disappearance of the USA.
And naming names strikes me as a good start in separating these cretins and their families from the rest of society.
I originally thought that making these sick bastards ‘just disappear’ into the depths of my tobacco barn and hold them there for a trial and eventual incarceration at some unused prison in the Mid West would work toward cleaning up our nation – now I don‘t think so!
Now I am looking more at ‘run away buses’ as the answer to our dilemma – and a dilemma is what we have.
Hey – I am not alone out here – and the numbers are growing – we are multiracial – young – old – and all angry!
We aren’t looking for work – we want real corrections to our countries pitiful change!
Besides with Van Jones and Eric Holder locked in a barn – you would have to provide them with food and they would want a list of their ‘rights’.
But with a ‘run away bus’ – just think of it as a ‘fundamental change’ in handling a problem!
Rhodesway cares.
RHODESWAY; you are a troll get out!! And if you are not get some help!
Hey! Anybody remember Maxine Waters’ Ethics Violation(s)? Gee, whatever happened to that? Oh yes, and Charlie Rangels slap on the wrist? And Mr. Speaker of the House’s promise to cut all earmarks? Oh! And the Inside Trading that’s been going on since 1913? HAH!!! Holder Impeached? Never going to happen!
Dream on! He’s an integral part of Mr. Obama’s re-election campaign strategy, riding herd on any State’s election smacking of a possible upset to Mr. Obama’s re-election bid…so don’t hold your breath.
It’s Mr. Obama, Holder, Axelrod and Emmanuel at the “top.” At the “bottom” are SEIU, AFL-CIO etal AND National Popular Vote Movement folks changing Electoral College voting procedures to a “Winner-takes-all” system just like one in Russia this past week (get it? Communist/socialist country with out-and-out fraudulent vote). Then “inside out” Mr. Cass Sustein and a host of like minded fellow travelers in Mr. Obama’s administration ready to complete the “change” portion of his campaign promise.
“Transformation” is his final phase…socialism in the USofA. God Bless America. Vote massively for massive fraud is all around us. Wake-up America.
I agree Holder should be impeached for gross dereliction of duty. Not only has Fast and Furious been a complete debacle, there have been zero cases against the bankers who drove our economy into a ditch. Get rid of Holder and bring a AG who isn’t in the pockets of the big banks.
I share Adams’ outrage. I also worked for the Justice Department as a DEA agent from 1973 to 1995 when I retired. I was proud to be a DEA agent, just as I was proud to be a Customs agent (in the Treasury Dept.) from 1970 to 1973. I always felt I was working with honest and dedicated people. Yes, I remember when John Mitchell was attorney general and when he went to prison. We all knew that there would be a change of prosecutorial philosophy depending upon which administration or party was in power. We knew that the particular president in office was going to appoint judges that would be either pro-prosecution or pro-defense. Yet, I never experienced anything in my dealings with Washington such as what we have seen in Fast and Furious.
I occasionally worked with ATF, and I had a lot of respect for them. I felt that our two agencies had the most dangerous work in federal law enforcement. I saddens me greatly to see how Washington corrupted them.
Last night, I watched Jeanine Pirro, a former prosecutor, interview Democratic mouthpiece Julian Epstein about Fast and Furious. Epstein vigorously defended Holder and in doing so, lied repeatedly. He stated that Holder put a stop to an operation that was initiated in by someone Phoenix, that higher ups in DOJ were unaware, and that it was part of a program begun by George W. Bush (Op Wide Receiver). Pirro corrected him by stating correctly that in Wide Receiver, surveillance was carried out on purchased guns and that trackers were used as well. Yet some guns managed to cross into Mexico, and the operation was suspended. What happened in Fast and Furious was much different. There was no effort to stop the weapons from entering Mexico, and the Mexican authorities were never informed. Pirro also correctly pointed out that DOJ had sent a letter to Congress on February 4, 2011 denying any knowledge of problems with Fast and Furious. Only this month, more than 9 months later, have they withdrawn the letter as “inaccurate”. I recognize that Epstein is a partisan, but his defense of Holder was shameful and dishonest.
And don’t forget. Two US federal agents have been killed, a third wounded and some two hundred Mexicans-including officials- have been killed by guns purchased under Fast and Furious. Not a word from Janet Napolitano, for whom those agents worked. What we have is nothing but denials, lies, obfuscation, and cover-ups by our entire Executive apparatus with the entire Democratic political class in Washington protecting the guilty and allowing the administration to blame it all on some ATF agents in Phoenix. I can tell you there is no way that anyone from ATF in Phoenix would have concocted such an insane scheme. That had to come from the political class in Washington.
I well understand how Adams feels. I am also outraged and ashamed at what has happened to the Justice Department. Eric Holder and his assistants have brought disgrace to the department. There is no doubt in my mind he has committed perjury before Congress. he should be impeached, and if his lies can be proven, he should be indicted.

How about we elect another gutless weasel moderate Republican like George W. Bush was and let all the Obama criminals walk free with blessings so we can prosecute soldiers and border patrol agents for doing thier jobs. Bush makes my blood boil and my head want to explode!
I don’t want that criminal Eric Holder to merely resign, nor do I want him just impeached.
I ‘d like him to be extradited to Mexico, so he can stand trial in a couple of hundred Accessory to Murder trials, for his Fast and Furious crimes. …
Please! Stop with the Watergate comparisons. 200 people weren’t killed in Watergate. Fast and Furious is much, much more criminal than anything the Nixon Administration ever did.Holder belongs behind bars. Obama belongs behind bars.
Mr. Adams – late in the line to comment. I appreciate your efforts to keep us informed. I have been appalled by the Obama Administration and, especially, by the DOJ in this administration, neatly summed up by CFBleachers @#6 above. Keep up the good work, please.
Mr. Adams, thank you for your work and for the link to Matthew Vadum. With the ACORN infiltration of Justice pre-dating the presidential swear-in and with everything you have written since leaving the department, isn’t it clear that rigging the 2012 election for the great 0 has been the major thrust since before the beginning?
Maybe voter fraud is really the main battle and where Issa et al should be directing their efforts. If bh0 stays in the White House then Solyndra, F&F, GM, Boeing, Gibson Guitars……. will all be small potatoes.
The committees and their staff have to set their own priorities. Members of Congress sometimes glaze over on election administration issues, not fully understanding the energy and money their opponents devote to these mundane matters.
Burns me up. Many of the people who read these pages are retired so time is no factor. Not enough savings? Good reason. *If* you are involved in your local/state anti-voter fraud organization. Evil happens when good men and women do nothing (but complain).
No one can go. I can’t go either–but I’m going anyway.
Good to hear it. I always enjoy the bravado the commenters make from Texas. “No New Black Panthers would show up down here!….” – until they did in 2010. Here’s a chance for Texans to show up too.
Impeaching Holder would be an exercise in futility. Where are you going to get two thirds of the Senate to vote for it, when the Democrats control the Senate. Why do you think that Holder is thumbing his nose at those committees, he understands this fact. In the real world the only way to get rid of Holder is vote Obama out of office.
Impeachment of Obama is urgently needed, with exhaustive investigation of his origins and possible loss of U.S. citizenship from the potentially expatriating act of naturalization as a citizen of a foreign state or states.
