454 White House aids making an average of $81,765 apiece. My question is: For what?

On the bright side, at least those aren’t stimulus jobs, which cost an average of $278,000. Did all that money go to the people performing those jobs? Of course not. Let’s be very generous — why stop now? — and pretend that each of those stimulus jobs is worth as much as a White House aid.
