Havana Here I Come

President Obama to ease travel rules to Cuba, and allows Americans to send more cash to Cuban families. Why we still have any restrictions since winning the Cold War is beyond me. Except, of course, for the purely domestic political reason of getting Cuban refugee money and votes down in Florida.

So why now? Best guess: To distract Congressional Republicans from more important fiscal matters.
