On Thursday, the Justice Department is expected to release the redacted version of Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s report into possible collusion between Russia and the Donald Trump campaign in 2016. Attorney General Bill Barr has already reported that Mueller concluded there was no collusion, although reports have suggested the Mueller report presents arguments for and against claims that Trump obstructed justice.
President Trump welcomed the upcoming report, but warned about the investigation leading up to it.
“The Mueller Report, which was written by 18 Angry Democrats who also happen to be Trump Haters (and Clinton Supporters), should have focused on the people who SPIED on my 2016 Campaign, and others who fabricated the whole Russia Hoax. That is, never forget, the crime,” the president tweeted.

“Since there was no Collusion, why was there an Investigation in the first place! Answer – Dirty Cops, Dems and Crooked Hillary!” the president added.

In any case, the redacted Mueller report is expected to drop Thursday, Reuters reported.

This means full analysis of the report will come out on Friday. This Friday is Good Friday, the day Western Christians remember the crucifixion of Jesus Christ (Eastern Orthodox Christians celebrate Good Friday one week later). Ironically, this means the Trump-Russia collusion narrative will likely be crucified on the same day as Jesus Christ.

An investigation into the ways former President Barack Obama’s Department of Justice spied on the Trump campaign is likely forthcoming. Barr announced he plans to launch such an investigation.
