Utah Congressman Chris Stewart, a former Air Force pilot who sits on the House Intel Committee, has read through all of the top-secret emails that have been withheld by the State Department, and he says in all of his years, he’s never seen material so sensitive.
Stewart told Fox News’ Martha MacCallum on “America’s Newsroom” that there are actually more than 22 emails being withheld, despite what the media has been reporting. And what they contain is mind-bogglingly sensitive according to Stewart.
“They do reveal classified methods, they do reveal classified sources, and they do reveal human assets,” he said. “I can’t imagine how anyone can be familiar with these emails — whether they’re sending them or receiving them — and not realize that these are highly classified.”

Stewart’s claim that the emails exposed human assets corroborates what former NSA analyst John Schindler wrote at the NY Observer on Monday.
Discussions with Intelligence Community officials have revealed that Ms. Clinton’s “unclassified” emails included Holy Grail items of American espionage such as the true names of Central Intelligence Agency intelligence officers serving overseas under cover. Worse, some of those exposed are serving under non-official cover. NOCs (see this for an explanation of their important role in espionage) are the pointy end of the CIA spear and they are always at risk of exposure – which is what Ms. Clinton’s emails have done.
Not only have these spies had their lives put in serious risk by this, it’s a clear violation of Federal law. The Intelligence Identities Protection Act of 1982, enacted due to the murder of the CIA’s station chief in Athens after his cover was blown by the left-wing media, makes it a Federal crime to divulge the true identity of any covert operative serving U.S. intelligence if that person has not previous been publicly acknowledged to be working for our spy agencies.
Hillary, of course, reacted cynically to the latest revelations about her emails by demanding that the ones being withheld by the State Department be released to the public so everyone can see that they’re no big deal. This, of course, is a shameless deception because she knows full well that the emails can not be released without putting lives in danger.
Meanwhile, out on the campaign trail in New Hampshire today, Clinton actually told voters that protecting cyber security “is one of the most important challenges the next president is going to face.”
Good grief — if there’s one person who has disqualified herself from being the person to face that challenge, it’s Hillary Rodham Clinton.
