TMZ is reporting that Charlie Sheen will sit down for an interview with Matt Lauer on the Today show and reveal to the world that he is HIV+.
The Today show says that Sheen will make a “revealing personal announcement.”
Last week, The Sun of London reported that Hollywood was “gripped with fear” over a leading man who had HIV. The Sun declined to name the star but wrote:
His lawyers are believed to be aware of the situation and preparing for a raft of potential legal claims from previous lovers.
The actor’s list of exes includes an award-winning actress, a religious movie star, a top Hollywood personality with a controversial past, a TV star, a media personality and a glamour model.
The National Enquirer revealed that Sheen has known he was HIV+ for four years.
