Reid Tweets: 'I've Been Minority Leader Before… I'm Ready to Do It Again'

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) was sitting at his computer today, getting ready to answer questions about solar power, when he wanted to get a couple things off his chest first.

I saw first-hand how a strategy of obstruction was debilitating to our system, and I have no desire to engage in that manner.
