DHS: Parents Are Giving Birth Control to Unaccompanied Illegal Kids 'In Case They're Raped' On the Way to the USA

This is from Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson’s testimony before Congress Tuesday. It’s ghastly.

“Before they leave Central America,” Johnson said, “some of these kids’ parents actually give them birth control in case they’re raped along the way.”

President Obama’s unilateral imposition of the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) spawned the influx of unaccompanied children crossing the border. It sent the message that we will not enforce our immigration laws. Obama is aware of the flood, obviously. He isn’t fixing it. He did not even visit the border when he was in Texas last week.

Does DACA make him morally culpable for each and every rape, murder, theft and other crime that happens to these kids along the way?
