Flashback: Guess Who Else Has Declared 'War' on the Tea Party?

Union honcho James Hoffa declared Big Labor “war” on the Tea Party over the holiday weekend. But he wasn’t the first to make such a declaration. He was beaten to that punch by more than a year.

“With the rise of the Tea Party, the white-right and other racist forces. With gun sales nationwide at an all time high amongst whites, with a mood that is more anti-Black than any time recent, it is imperative that we organize our forces, pool our resources and prepare for war!” Chairman Malik Zulu Shabazz, Esq. Convention Convener and Party Chairman.

That’s from May, 2010. Hm, now why wasn’t Shabazz called out in the wake of the Tucson shootings…?

Thugs like Hoffa and Shabazz lead two forces with histories of violence, declare “war” from the left against the right while the president himself uses the language of “punish their enemies,” and then question why anyone thinks it might be prudent to take them at their word and arm up.
