Joe Biden, lost and found (in the pocket of the unions)

Paul Croteau asks, where in the world is Joe Biden? It’s a good question.  Since he made that remark that Hosni Mubarak wasn’t a dictator back in January, Biden all but disappeared from the public stage, and Hosni Mubarak became an ex-dictator.
