About face: Democrats flip, sign on to GOP's 'Cut and Grow' agenda to undo Democrat regulations

For the past month Democratic Leader Pelosi, Whip Steny Hoyer, and Assistant Leader James Clyburn have claimed the Republican agenda doesn’t do anything to promote job creation, but today that all changed.  The Democrat House leadership and an overwhelming majority of their caucus (153 Dems) joined the Republicans’ ‘Cut and Grow’ agenda and voted to investigate, and possibly eliminate, the regulation that the Democrats under Pelosi spent the previous two years passing.  The Democrats tried to kill the bill, but failed on a floor vote.  This legislation will empower ten House committees to investigate regulations and shine a light on many hidden rules that drive businesspeople, workers and consumer crazy.
