First new black panthers, now the federal courts

Hans von Spakovsky has this piece about Obama’s appointment of Mississippi Supreme Court Justice James Graves to the federal bench.  The article notes a racial double standard by Justice Graves in deciding cases.   Justice Graves ran in Judicial District One.  This district includes Noxubee County and is home to the notorious black Democratic official Ike Brown who was found liable for discriminating against white voters.  Graves would no doubt have to rely on Brown to turn out votes from time to time for his election.
