Canada has banned Dire Straits’ classic song “Money for Nothing,” because it is too offensive. The Canadian Broadcast Standards Council which determines this stuff, apparently figured out about 25 years after the song came out that the term “f-gg-t” might offend people.

Of course no one complained to them for about that long either. This is just stupid. If the song bugs you, change the station. How hard is that? Seriously, can we stop with the political correctness already?
