After a lively discussion on the all-access side of the podcast that was filled with disagreement, Kevin and I found an idea that we're both all-in on: Donald Trump should not consider Nikki Haley for any of his future political plans.
I've written a lot of negative things about the former UN ambassador in the last several weeks because she says a lot of things that are worth being negative about, especially if you're a conservative.
It doesn't look as if Trump will pick her as his running mate, but I know a lot of rank-and-file Republican voters who would like to see her on the ticket. I shake my head every time I hear that but then remember that not every GOP voter has their nose buried in political news all day.
FYI — our closing segments end up dovetailing quite nicely with each other.
