Top O’ the Briefing
Happy Friday, dear Kruiser Morning Briefing friends. Hans only clicked his heels when the Peppermint Princess was good for a hoe down.
We live in a time when up is down and down might get you killed.
For reasons that are unclear to sane people, Democrats have decided that violent criminals should be given a hug and set free in polite society.
It turns out that violent criminals are still, well, violent.
And criminal.
Despite the polling, many conservatives in New York think that Governor Kathy Hochul will not be given an elected term to be in charge of the state. Her record on crime leaves even the bluest of voters feeling unsafe. People of all political persuasions don’t like feeling unsafe when they leave the house to pay too much for groceries.
Hochul is a champion of violent criminals. Kevin has the story of her most recent assault on her citizens:
You may be wondering why a career criminal animal was allowed to remain on the streets.
New York’s unelected governor (she was the Lt. Governor when Cuomo resigned in shame for playing grab-a** with a bunch of women) refuses to send criminals to jail. She believes in cashless bail, and she won’t fire Manhattan’s thug-hugging District Attorney Alvin Bragg, even though Bragg toes the bolshie line and keeps criminals free, allowing them to prey on innocent New Yorkers at will and with seeming impunity.
If the Wicked Witch of the East is tossed out of office in a huge upset next week, it will be because she would rather protect the worst of society rather than her law-abiding constituents. She’s a horrible human being whose policies only benefit the worst in society.
People don’t like feeling threatened on their way to pay too much for a gallon of gas.
Weird, huh?
Please consider subscribing to the Morning Briefing here. It’s free and it helps keep me off the streets.

The Mailbag of Magnificence
We will start with this from Kevin:
Kruiser,
A suggestion for naming the second sentence of your Morning Briefing; “KMBThoughtblender”
Also, is your family name actually Kruiser? If so, that is incredibly cool.
My family name is “Daydrinkenski.”
Good talk.
Bruce writes:
Ok Mr Kruiser… you’ve redeemed yourself for all past and present sins with today’s SCTV Battle of the PBS Stars. Who hasn’t wanted to see Fred Rogers in the ring with Julia Child? That’s almost as priceless as a porno flick with Spongebob Squarepants and Kamala Harris would be.
Bruce: the fact that you think I need to redeem myself in this space means you’re a communist.
Let’s wrap up with this from Dean:
Your piece today on Liz Cheney is superb.
I agree.
Everything Isn’t Awful
Just chilling.. 😂
