Cynthia Nixon Has Hilarious Comeback to Being Called an 'Unqualified Lesbian'

Cynthia Nixon, the newly announced Democratic challenger to New York Governor Andrew Cuomo, had a snappy comeback after Cuomo supporter Christine Quinn referred to Nixon as an “unqualified lesbian” in a speech on Tuesday.

Speaking to supporters of her own, the “Sex and the City” star admitted that she doesn’t have her “certificate from the Dept. of Lesbian Affairs.”

Given that Cuomo is kind of a humorless commie this could end up being a fun primary to watch.
