Spengler Dons Pajamas

After nearly 10 years of anonymous essaying at Asia Times Online and two years of editing and writing at First Things and the better part of the year writing a book (How Civilizations Die), I have donned the new uniform of die-hard conservatism–namely pajamas. Many thanks to Roger Simon for his kind invitation to blog here. I join a cadre of writers whom I read and respect, including my good friend Michael Ledeen, the redoubtable Victor Davis Hanson, the incisive Claudia Rosett, and others whose company I am honored to share.

Don’t miss my follow-up post here at PJM, “Israel’s economic protests are the best news ever.”
