Coffee fights insomnia?

Yes, you read that correctly. In fact, according to this chart that comes to us via Lifehacker, coffee and white tea are good for you in a myriad of ways. Of course, they have a few bad side effects too, but on balance … get ye to Peet’s, or Starbuck’s or… better yet… get one of these. They’re stylish, make better coffee than Peet’s or Starbuck’s and cost a lot less in the end. (Yes, I have one.)
