Democrat Rep. Admits They're 'Moving Towards [a] Single-Payer System'

The Chairman of the House Democratic Caucus, Rep. Joe Crowley (D-NY), admitted to CNN that he feels like his caucus is “moving towards [a] single-payer system.” Basically this is admitting that there’s nothing short of a government funded health system that many Democrats would accept; there will be very little possibility for bipartisanship. So, even if Republicans came up with a healthcare proposal that meant more people insured and cheaper medical care for everyone, Dems still might fight it tooth and nail.
