Notre Dame Student Who Walked out on VP Pence: 'We Wanted to... Protect Human Dignity'

One of the instigators behind the graduation walkout during Mike Pence’s speech at Notre Dame said he did it “to protect human dignity.” He admitted that some of his family was undocumented, and said that he simply couldn’t listen to anything the vice president had to say. And, come on, a speech would have violated so many civil rights! Sticks and stones may break bones, but words send snowflakes into a tizzy!!
