Sarah Palin, the former Alaska governor and vice-presidential contender, joined CNN’s Jake Tapper to discuss Bill O’Reilly’s firing from Fox News. As a former Fox News contributor, Palin was in a unique position to discuss the culture there. She first said, “Corporate culture there obviously has to change.” And then she waffled when Tapper asked her whether she had ever experienced any sexual harassment. Tapper caught this back-peddling and said point blank, “I don’t want to be a jerk, but it sounds like you experienced something.” Either way, it’s actually just pretty crazy to hear a CNN host refer to Sarah Palin as “a strong woman.”
