Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) seems like he’s becoming increasingly incapable of doing his job. He’s been dropping stuff and misremembering quite a bit lately, and today’s news conference was no exception. He couldn’t remember that Sen. Chris Van Hollen, who was literally the leader of the Democrat Senate campaigns in 2016, and before that led the DCCC, represents Maryland rather than Michigan. And then, true to form, he dropped all of his paperwork. Is Schumer ok?
