Stephen Colbert made light of Corey Lewandowski saying that “Merry Christmas” was more acceptable now, and joked that he couldn’t remember how to say the words. He came up with “Marvel clambake” instead. Was there a hindrance to talking about the Christian holiday before? Was it perceived or real?
